The Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation will stop transporting sick people to hospital and only respond to road accidents for fear of being infected with the Covid-19.

Rescue Unit chief Prasit Thongtidcharoen said on March 20 that the foundation regularly disinfects its ambulances, rescue vehicles and equipment, but cannot guarantee that the safety of its volunteers and employees, nor those transported in the ambulances, will be exposed to the corona virus.

Ironically, 20 paramedics had received training from the National Institute of Emergency Medicine two days earlier on how to optimally protect themselves against the corona virus when providing assistance. The government strives to have at least 1 special team in each province. Now apparently that will not be Sawang Boriboon.

Paramedics will continue to respond to traffic accidents and take people with injuries to hospitals, but sick people requesting transportation will be passed on to hospitals to arrange transportation.

Rescue Unit chief Prasit asked for public understanding for the Sawang Boriboon organization and other emergency services to stop caring for coronavirus-affected people.

Despite the policy change, the foundation will regularly clean and sanitize vehicles and equipment to ensure both are as safe as possible, he said.

Can Corona patients - with or without symptoms - not have an accident?
    So what?
Leave it on the street when he has a fever?
And if there are no symptoms, the ambulance still has to be cleaned, because you don't know if the victim was a virus carrier.

An ambulance that does not want to transport sick people. Is that another ambulance?

We now know from the army chief that a soldier who commits mass murder in uniform with service weapons is not a soldier.

Cynical semantic manipulations to mislead the masses, driven purely egocentrically.
