Although Pattaya also falls under the 'red zone' of Chonburi province due to the recent virus outbreak in Thailand, it still looked nice on the boulevard at Beach Road last night. Not as busy as usual but that can also be enjoyable.

During the day you can enjoy hundreds of kites at and on the beach during the Kite Festival. In the evening you can take a walk on the boulevard and as you can see almost everyone wears a face mask, even the Thai dancers at the end of this video.
