The new condo resort Espana in Jomtien

Although it is known that the market is almost at a standstill and many condos remain unsold, a beautiful condo building on the Second Jomtien Road towards Sukhumvit Road built.

It may be assumed that various buildings have been copied from other countries. On the Sukhumvit Road is the well-known Mimosa German-looking "village", because the owner felt a certain homesickness for Germany, where she came for business.

Near the Vineyard Silverlake you can discover a copy of Italian buildings, the Ciata del Como. It would not surprise me if gondolas come to sail there like at Hua Hin.

This condo building is a beautiful Spanish building with a real bullfighter in the courtyard. Driving past, the beautifully stylized arches on the outside of the building catch the eye. Known for the Mezquita (mosque) in Cordoba, where a cathedral was built in a mosque around 16e century under Charles V

This week, a first condo, beautifully furnished, was offered for the price of 2,1 million baht. There was no mention of the size and the view. However, the entrance and the courtyard exude an enormous allure, which will appeal to some people.

    Drive by regularly. Think it's a monstrous building with much of the same (room size and view) and not in a super location… wish the developers good luck with the sale.
