Thailand Visa question No. 369/22: Non-immigrant O Thai Marriage Single or Multiple entry?
I am in doubt between a single or a multi entry 90 days non-Immigrant O status (based on Thai Marriage). I want to apply for an extension for 1 year in Thailand, so a single would suffice. But in the event of a rejection of that application, what I doubt, would I still be able to do a border run with my multi-entry 90-day visa? Or does that visa expire after the application for the extension?
I have one year non-immigrant visa, married to Thai, multiple entries. My first 90 days expire on 25/12/22. Do I have to leave the country or can I extend for another two months on the basis of: married to Thai. And what papers do I have to submit?
I went to immigration today with my old and new passport. When it was my turn, the officer said that today I could only convert my passport. I have to go back tomorrow for the annual renewal. I then asked if he wanted to see if I had the necessary documents.
Thailand Visa question No. 370/22: 4 months Thailand possible on Visa Exemption or not?
We want to go to Thailand for 4 months and would apply for a 3-month visa and then fly over the border and get another 30 days when we return to Thailand.
My question now is: If we now get 45 days upon arrival, can we extend it with 45 days as well or will it remain 30 days? Also get to cross the border after 90 days and get another 30 days?
I entered Thailand on September 23. With a Non O single entry valid until December 22. My intention is to extend afterwards for 1 year. I transferred the amount of 800.000 baht to the Thai bank on September 17. My concern is that if I renew at tm Samutprakaan at the end of November, I might get in trouble, because the 3 months requirement is not enough. At tm in nonburie it says in 60 days.
When can or must I apply for an extension of 90 days or a year at the latest? This is due to the timely deposit of the 800.000 baht. I now have a Non imm O multiple entry valid until 28-10-2022. On Sept 21 I enter Thailand and get a 90 day stamp. so that will be departure around December 20th. Which date determines the application, the visa date or the entry stamp in my passport?

I now have a retirement visa OA but married Thai in March. In November I have to apply for an extension of my visa. Can I switch to Retirement Marriage Visa based on my marriage? And if so, what are the conditions I have to meet and which documents do I have to provide to Immigration?

When applying for a non immigrant O, creating an account I can fill in everything, but when I fill in the departure date and/or the return date, the account closes again and again.

After creating an account, confirmation e-mail is sent to the entered address, I do indeed receive that e-mail with a confirmation link, but after clicking it I get the message: “the email verification link is not valid… Check to make sure everything is spelled correctly.”

My E-visa Non Immigrant O multi entry has been approved since last Friday. In addition, a file containing the following data, A visa data and B applicant data. My question about this is, do I have to show this at Customs Suvarnabhumi? And do they have my complete data in their system there?
