This week I tripped in the garden, forcing tendons around the ankle joint. Yesterday at night I got pulsating burning pains on the inside of the ankle joint. they persist now. I take ibuprofen for the pain, but I wonder if that trip may have pinched nerve pathways.

I had my cholesterol level measured, HDL is 4.8 and LDL is 4.4 on average 6.0. According to the doctor there is a reason for tablets, but I doubt this.

Recently Dr John Campbell had an interview with the very highly regarded Professor Dalgleish. During this broadcast, an explanation was given regarding our T cells that are present in our body. The effectiveness of the T cells decreases from the age of around 55 and decreases almost completely from the age of 70. The T cells are involved in inactivating cancer cells. That is why you see that cancers mainly develop from the age of 70 and older.

I would really appreciate it if you could give me some advice based on this report. As you know from the previous information, I am now 80 years old, do not smoke and drink a bottle of beer every day and do not excessively use alcohol. I eat quite little and not very fat, yet I am now 84 kg, while when I came here in 2012 I was 75 kg. Only take 1 aspirin per day for good blood circulation. I don't feel sick, but I do feel lazy. As previously emailed, bronchitis was diagnosed a month ago. Lung capacity was then 55, now 58. The X-ray shows little improvement. My question now is (again) whether I chose the right path?
