Let me introduce myself. I'm Chris and I've been living in Thailand for about 9 years now. I have problems with my back. About 15 years ago I had a serious accident, so my back regularly becomes crooked. No problem in Belgium, I went to the physiotherapist who cracked my back and everything was arranged in 10 minutes. Now that I have come to live here, I have had to go back to Belgium a few times to have my back straightened.
Like many Thailand visitors, I have been vaccinated, including with a typhoid vaccine TYPHIM VI (typhoid vaccine) 0,5 ml. According to my medical passport, this vaccine is “valid/effective” for 3 years and has been worked out this year (2017).
I have cut quite a lot of floor tiles with a grinder, the dust of which came with force against my lower legs. I also worked quite a lot with cement, which was not immediately washed off my legs. Since two months I have a nasty and itchy rash. I can hardly keep my hands off it, but I don't scratch.

Question to general practitioner Maarten: Can a high dose of paracetamol harm a headache?
I am a 64-year-old man who fortunately rarely has a headache, but when I do it is also a big headache, so that sometimes it starts spinning before my eyes and everything becomes blurry. Again that is rare and few is only a few times a year. Sometimes spontaneously and sometimes due to circumstances such as problems or the like. Now the question: If I have a headache I always take 3 tablets of paracetamol a 500 mg and then the headache is gone pretty quickly.
I am healthy but my weak spot is my ankles. Every six months, sometimes a little earlier sometimes a little later, I get an attack, within 1 day my ankle joint starts to swell, becomes bright red and terribly painful as if they were stabbing knives. I can't move at all and the forced trip to the toilet is torture.
I have had erectile dysfunction for the last few years. Do have an enlarged prostate, am 77 years old and take 1 pill daily against high blood pressure Amlopine and 1/2 pill Totalip against bad cholesterol.

I would like to come back to my question of February 16 about COPD. You wanted more information. In previous so-called attacks I was given antibiotics for 10 days and after three weeks I was back on top, but now after this time I have been on antibiotics for about 2 months, of which also 10 days on the drip with antibiotics.
