Terminal 21 in Pattaya North
This week I was in Pattaya North and decided to have my lunch in Terminal 21. On the third floor you can choose from a number of restaurants. I will not report on what was served and such as this is of no interest to many readers.
Angry temple visitors at Wat Boonsamphan in Pattaya
The "disorder" has broken out among the Nongprue residents. They no longer accept that they are no longer allowed to park at the Wat Boon Samphan as local residents and visitors. From the parking lot, the road is closed to all traffic from 10 am. So you can enjoy a nice walk.

In one of the previous postings, the changes or improvements of the city of Pattaya have already been mentioned. A cozy Jomtien Nightmarket flourished along the Jomtien Beach in the past. Unfortunately, the left part where people could relax and enjoy the sea and the evening events is now over. During the day a large partition has clearly been placed. The history of the city of Pattaya
This week I was enjoying a cappuccino in a coffee shop when I was suddenly surprised by an old photo of Pattaya or as it was then called: Tappaya. In fact, Pattaya did not exist 60 years ago. There were only a few small fishing villages along the coast between Sri Racha and Sattahip and a few fishing families lived in the “Pattaya” bay.
On Facebook you could read an article by a TAT employee about how they want to make Pattaya more attractive to tourists through extra activities. One problem is that due to the decline of tourists in the city, less income is coming in, which will make it financially difficult to initiate extra activities.
