The Pattaya clinic has existed for quite some time on Sukhumvit Road on the opposite side of the Pattaya Thai. A clinic where physical complaints could be visited and help was offered in a number of cases. This is now closed, behind it is now the new Jomtien Hospital.

Anyone driving on highway 7 Bangkok – Pattaya will see a huge billboard announcing that a condo building of no less than 66 floors is to be built. The unfinished Waterfront Building on Bali Haipier is 55 stories high for comparison.
