On Tuesday, October 4, a consular employee of the Dutch embassy will be in Chiang Mai. On this occasion you can apply for a Dutch passport or identity card, have your life certificate signed and request a DigiD code.
If you are interested, you can register until Friday 30 September at the latest by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Please state your full name and date of birth and which service you wish to use. You will then receive the time and location of your appointment along with any preparation instructions.

Unfortunately, a letter from DigiD containing an activation code cannot be collected by an authorized person in Chiang Mai. If you cannot pick it up in Bangkok, you can make a video call with the Netherlands Worldwide call center in the Netherlands, see:
