Known as Khun Peter (62), lives alternately in Apeldoorn and Pattaya. In a relationship with Kanchana for 14 years. Not yet retired, have my own company, something with insurance. Crazy about animals, especially dogs and music.
Enough hobbies, but unfortunately little time: writing for Thailandblog, fitness, health and nutrition, shooting sports, chatting with friends and some other oddities.

So are there 29 public holidays on which Thai workers are not required to work?
On the Bank of Thailand you can see the days on which banks are closed and many companies/offices (which are normally closed on Saturday and Sunday) follow these days https://www.bot.or.th/English/FinancialInstitutions/FIholiday/Pages/2021.aspx
This year 18 paid holidays and in addition there are also at least 6 paid holidays.
Does anyone know the formula to calculate the holidays each year?
In MS Excel I have formulas for Easter, but also for some Islamic holidays and for the Chinese New Year.
I would also like to receive formulas for the Thai holidays to use in my calendar. Especially Loi Kratong.
