Agenda: Seventh Flemish musical garden party with Lia Linda & Lou Deprijck in Pattaya on January 27
Our Belgian friends of the Flemish Club organize a great party in Pattaya, at the Tree House Garden in Huay Yai, on Friday 27 January: the Seventh Flemish musical garden party with Lia Linda & Lou Deprijck.
The entrance fee is 350 baht and a free drink and refreshments are offered upon arrival. The Belgian Ambassador will be present with her Consuls.
Lia Linda has been number 4 on the Flemish top 1 30 times in recent months with a new song and even recently number 1 on the Flemish top 100.
She also has a repertoire of Vera Lynn (she was called the Flemish Vera Lynn) has long sung on all kinds of cruises, sings many jukebox hits and is known in Flanders at many senior parties.
- About 1000 mainly Dutch books will be offered for free (we are closing our library).
- It is therefore best to bring a plastic bag with you, or a cardboard box in your car (there is ample parking space).
- Via American bidding, you can also bid on a voucher from Bangkok Pattaya Hospital, a check up worth 15 baht.
- Euro tv offers 3 vouchers, annual subscriptions, each worth 10 000 baht. You can have the start date adjusted yourself.
- An entrance ticket for the Happening costs 350 baht, a free drink + snacks are offered during the reception.

Too bad I have to be in Hua Hin on that date to renew my passport. Otherwise I would definitely have made the move to Pattaya. Lia Linda and especially Lou Deprijck are real top artists. By the way, Lou Deprijck (Hollywood Bananas) is a fellow countryman of mine and I met him several times in Cambodia. Too bad I have to miss this.
