The “Amazing Muay Thai Festival 2023” will be held on February 4-6, 2023 in Rajabhat Park, Hua Hin (Prachuap Khiri Khan Province). The event aims to promote cultural tourism with Muay Thai boxing, gaining even more recognition worldwide.

Some examples of activities that will take place in Rajabhat Park include the Wai Kru ceremony, a ritual performed by fighters before battle, as well as an exhibition on the history of Muay Thai. There are also promotional activities about Muay Thai and the sale of provincial merchandise and local dishes.

The Sea Pine Beach area will be designated for the training of Muay Thai athletes. The Muay Thai exercises with Muay Thai superstars including Buakaw Banchamek are held on the beach. An International Amateur Muay Thai Tour and Muay Thai World Championship matches are organized. In addition to those places, Hua Hin Municipality will host a Muay Thai festival throughout the week with street demonstrations.

Muay Thai, also known as Thai boxing, is a unique Thai martial art form that combines grace and smooth movement and uses hands, elbows, knees and shins as weapons. It is sometimes referred to as the "art of eight limbs". The sport is popular worldwide and its history dates back to at least the 16th century.
