Dutch meals in Thailand

Besides my work as a podiatrist, I also make websites and the like. An old acquaintance from the hospitality industry in Pattaya had asked me if I wanted to make a webshop for him. He wanted to sell meals and products all over Thailand and set up a pick-up depot in Pattaya.

The man also wanted me to manage the website in this way. It's done in no time. From the first day it was busy in the webshop, the orders came in. Collectors but also many orders throughout Thailand.

After less than a month there were problems with both delivery and collection of the orders. I decided to end the collaboration.

Because financial obligations had been made and the orders were still coming in, the following was decided. My girlfriend Lampeung (Kooi) who worked as a cook in a restaurant for years decided to open the webshop under the name Dutch meals. She can make most of the dishes herself. From croquettes to stews. She also has three Dutch cooks at her disposal who may assist her.

The strength of her company is not only the quality of the products, but she also strictly monitors hygiene. Most meat and sausage products come exclusively from Makro.

Everything is professionally frozen, freezing must be done as quickly as possible and at the lowest possible temperature, namely at -24°C. The storage temperature in the freezer is -18°C.

Dutch meals also maintain close contact with customers, receipt confirmations, invoices, payment receipts and deliveries are automated.
