Today is the busiest day of the year at Schiphol
Schiphol expects today, 30 July, to be the busiest day of the year. The airport therefore has to handle around 240.000 passengers. These are both departing and arriving travelers.
Although Schiphol is making every effort, passengers may have to deal with queues. If you leave today, it is better not to be late. Also, too early makes no sense. There is an advice of three hours before departure.
Owners of a Privium border pass can go through the checks more quickly.
