Restaurants and shopping centers in Pattaya have reopened
The shopping centers are open again and eating in a restaurant is allowed again since today, subject to the COVID-19 rules. The easing came into effect today in the 29 dark red provinces (including Pattaya City and Bangkok). Shopping centers and eateries may be open until 20.00 p.m.
